This is generally true of event venues in Switzerland. For larger occasions requiring specific room configurations, we recommend enquiring as early as possible. It is still worth contacting us for last-minute enquiries: we check availability within a few hours.

These include the spaces, provision and operation of technical equipment, catering, hospitality and event organisation. Exactly what is included depends on the package booked and the event format. How do I get there by car?
The nearest car park is Insel. Take the ‘Forsthaus’ exit and follow signs for ‘Inselspital / Insel-Parking’. The walk to Eventforum is around 700 m. Alternatively, Neufeld car park is approximately 1.5 km away on foot. Take the ‘Neufeld’ exit and follow signs for ‘P+R’.
Current construction notice: loading and unloading in front of the building at Fabrikstrasse 12 remains possible, but access is exclusively via Länggassstrasse and Fabrikstrasse. Vehicles must then be moved to another parking space. We will provide an update with your booking confirmation.
How do I get there by public transport?
From Bern main station, PostBus route 101 takes you directly to the Güterbahnhof stop. From there, a short walk across the bridge leads directly to our entrance.
Current construction notice: the direct footpath from Güterbahnhof to Eventforum is temporarily closed. Please follow the signposted diversion shown on the map on site and allow a little extra walking time.
Is Eventforum Bern accessible?
