At the heart of Eventforum Bern is the event hall, with up to 380 seats. Its technical facilities are designed for professional large-scale events and formats where quality and reliability matter.
4K LED walls
The large LED wall provides the visual foundation for your presentation. A second LED wall enables parallel displays, for example for simultaneous translation or different layers of content. The display areas can be divided to show content in up to three languages at once.

Sound & microphones
The sound system is permanently installed and designed for a full hall of up to 380 people. Headset, handheld and gooseneck microphones are available for you and your guests. Choose the right sound setup for your event format, and we will take care of installing it.

The event hall has a permanent stage. The installed spotlights and lighting give guests a clear view and ensure speakers are well lit. External presentation devices, such as laptops, connect conveniently via HDMI and USB-C.

Interpreting infrastructure
Eventforum Bern has permanently installed interpreting booths and the associated transmission system, with receivers for participants. Content can be displayed on the LED walls in up to three languages simultaneously.
Livestreaming and hybrid infrastructure
Hybrid event formats have become established in the B2B world. Eventforum Bern therefore offers a complete livestreaming infrastructure. Participants joining remotely can follow the event in real time, with professional-quality sound and video.
Wi-Fi and network connectivity
A stable internet connection with reliable Wi-Fi is available for you and your guests. For events with high digital demand, we recommend outlining your format in advance so we can check network capacity together.
Camera equipment
Several cameras are permanently installed in the venue and directed at the stage and lectern. The signal feeds directly into the livestream or can be shown on the LED walls as required.

Yes. PowerPoint, Keynote and PDF presentations can be fed directly to our LED walls. We also integrate video files, livestreams and camera feeds seamlessly. Our technicians help with preparation and connections.
Does Eventforum support multilingual events?
Yes. Interpreting booths are available for up to four languages. We coordinate collaboration with interpreting teams or liaise with your language service provider.
Can speakers join online?
Yes. We integrate platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom reliably into our signal routing. This enables remote contributions, hybrid panels and remote keynote speakers, with a return channel for questions.
Can I use my own equipment?
Yes, by arrangement. Your own laptops, media servers and playback devices can be integrated. We check connections and compatibility and help with the setup.
Can events be recorded or streamed?
Yes. Presentations, panels or entire events can be recorded and livestreamed. We provide video and audio production along with technical support.
