Two built-in interpreting booths with a Televic system
The two interpreting booths are built into the event hall. We do not rent out mobile booths for events at other venues. At Eventforum you will not need them: the booths and the system are already in place, so there is nothing to hire from a rental company, deliver or set up.
Interpreting booths
Through the window, your team can see the stage and the hall. Both booths are built in and ready for your event.

How your guests listen: Sennheiser receivers, no app
Your guests listen to the interpretation on Sennheiser Tourguide receivers with stethoscope-style headphones. Each language runs on its own radio channel, and guests select the channel for their language on the receiver. No app is needed.
If you book KADENZ, our own AI interpreting, guests can also listen on their own phone on request, in the browser and without an app.

Event hall, workshop rooms and LED walls
The booths are in the event hall, which seats up to 380 people in theatre seating or up to 136 in classroom seating. For group work, the workshop rooms on the lower ground floor are available. If people work in several languages there, KADENZ interprets without a booth.
Presentations are shown on the LED walls on stage in up to three languages side by side. The left wall shows one language, and the main wall can be split into left and right. For dimensions and layouts for congresses, see the congress hall page, and for the hall’s technology the event technology page.
