For PI Planning and Big Room Planning, Eventforum Bern combines a shared plenary hall with supplementary team rooms. The hall offers up to 136 seats at seminar tables or 380 theatre seats. The FabrikLounge and four additional workshop rooms support parallel working sessions. Together we review room allocation, presentation technology and breaks for your one-day or multi-day programme.

Use the plenary hall to share context and bring results together, with parallel team sessions in between. The hall and foyer form the main space for your PI Planning. The FabrikLounge and four additional workshop rooms support working sessions. The number of teams working separately at the same time, together with other groups’ room needs, determines the allocation plan.

Concurrent room use determines the setup.

For each working session, prepare a short list: team or group, headcount, time, need for a separate room, tables and presentation requirements. Include leadership meetings, other breakouts and catering. The FabrikLounge and four combinable workshop rooms supplement the plenary hall. Combining rooms creates larger spaces but leaves fewer separate rooms. We use this information to agree a practical allocation with you.

The setup is ready before your teams start

Plenary presentations, digital boards in team rooms and colleagues joining remotely each have different requirements.

Wi-Fi and presentation facilities are available, with two 4K LED walls supporting the plenary sessions. Tell us about simultaneously active devices, tools, playback equipment and remote participants. We review bandwidth, connections and the technical needs of rooms used in parallel against your setup. A trial run can be agreed where needed.

The plenary hall offers up to 136 places at seminar tables or 380 theatre seats. Laptop or document work needs suitable table space. For more than 136 people requiring tables at the same time, we review the room combination in advance. Plan the seating for each working phase rather than relying only on the total headcount.

The supplementary workshop rooms are on the modern lower ground floor, with indirect daylight through light wells. A lift provides step-free access, and stairs also connect the levels.

For one-day or multi-day PI Planning, we coordinate plenary sessions, team work, breaks and venue support as one programme. For two days, we discuss each room’s use, equipment, setup and teardown. Boards and working materials stay in place overnight. Accommodation is arranged separately; Eventforum Bern has no hotel rooms.

Your facilitators lead the agenda and content. Our team supports you with the agreed room, technical and catering services.

How do your teams work together?

For your PI Planning, send us the date, total attendance and team count. For each session, list rooms needed simultaneously, table places and presentation requirements. Include leadership meetings, additional breakouts, devices and catering.

We review the room combination and send an individual quotation within 12 hours.

FabrikLounge and four further workshop rooms are available in addition to the plenary hall. The four smaller rooms can be connected if required. We agree how many can be used separately at the same time based on your setup and other uses. Please tell us your number of teams and any additional needs for the leadership group and breakouts.

It is intended for business events, with a shared main programme in the plenary hall. Up to 136 people can work at seminar tables there, while up to 380 theatre seats suit presentation sessions. Workshop rooms supplement the main event. We tailor the room combination to your team count and programme.

Yes, multi-day events are possible. Together we plan room use across both days, technology, catering, setup and dismantling. Working materials and boards stay in place overnight.

Tell us how many devices will be used simultaneously, which tools you use and your requirements for remote participants. Wi-Fi and presentation facilities are available. We check bandwidth, connections, hybrid links and simultaneous use of several rooms to suit your setup. A technical rehearsal can be arranged if required.

We support your PI Planning with the agreed room, technical and catering services. Your organisation or facilitators are responsible for the agenda, specialist facilitation and your teams’ planning.

These five rooms do not guarantee room for five equally sized teams or replace an allocation plan. Group sizes, room combinations and other uses determine the setup.
