From logo and programme to every screen
Logo, colours, typeface and programme are all we need. The content of each display is built step by step: first the grid with the clear zones, then logo and welcome, the programme in your typeface and your colours, and finally the finished loop.

You order the package with your quote. After that, it takes three steps.

2. Approve the draft
- 5 working days before the event, you see every display
- Exactly as your guests will see it
- You approve it or request changes
3. On the day
- We load the content onto every screen
- The bistro LED wall changes with your programme
- If anything changes, the team adjusts it on site
You order the display package as an add-on to your event, and it appears as a separate item in your quote. You receive the first quote within 12 hours.

Four formats, one look: the long band in the bistro, the video wall of three screens, the landscape screens and the portrait lectern monitor. We build every file for its display and check before the event that everything is legible, even from a distance.

Part of the event technology at Eventforum
The display package is part of the event technology at Eventforum Bern. Your presentations run on the LED walls on stage; you send us the files through file delivery. If you would rather supply content for the screens yourself, all formats are listed on the display and projection options page.

Frequently asked questions about the display package
What do you need from us?
Your logo, ideally as a vector file, your brand guidelines or colours and typeface, the programme with times, and the name and role of each speaker. We are happy to include images on your topic, but they are not required.
When do you need the material?
Up to 10 working days before the event, most easily through file delivery. 5 working days before, you receive the draft of every display for approval.
Which screens does the package cover?
The video wall above the entrance, the screens at the entrance and in the bistro, the bistro LED wall and the lectern monitor. The LED walls on stage show your presentations, which you send us through file delivery.
Can we still change things after approval?
Yes. You see everything in advance and can request changes up to the day of the event. If the programme changes on the day, the team updates the lectern monitor slides on site.
Who switches the content on the day?
The Eventforum Bern technical team. It loads all content and switches the bistro LED wall according to your programme, from arrival to apéro.
Can we supply content for the screens ourselves?
Yes. All dimensions, resolutions and file formats are listed on the display and projection options page, and you send us your files through file delivery.
How much does the display package cost?
The display package is an add-on and appears as a separate item in your quote. We are happy to advise you at info@eventforumbern.ch.
