Room hire charges are non-refundable in the event of cancellation. The remaining line items may be cancelled up to 20 days before the event starts. If cancellation is due to official requirements, all cancellation charges are waived.
As a rule, all catering must be provided through EFB or its catering partners. Using external catering requires payment of a fee per participant set by EFB.
Please note that customers have no entitlement to catering items that have not been consumed (e.g. standing lunches, drinks receptions, etc.). Catering items not consumed on site remain the property of Eventforum Bern.
