In a space normally devoted to sharing and discussing knowledge, this day celebrates achievement. Speeches, personal tributes and the award of diplomas share a stage in the plenary hall.
Two 4K LED walls display your presentations, names or images. We discuss file formats, playback devices, microphones and transitions between speeches and diploma presentations. Your organisation supplies approved content and name lists. A technical running order with sequence and responsibilities helps coordinate the displays with the stage programme.

From the first name to the final applause
Plan the diploma presentations as a distinct sequence: where will the next graduates wait, who calls their names, how do they reach the stage and where are photographs taken? Provide the number of presentations and their planned duration. We discuss order, waiting points and return routes with your event lead, and agree any specific stage access needs in advance.
We agree space for diplomas, speakers and photographs with you. Your organisation is responsible for name lists, diplomas and the ceremonial programme. If relatives will join a livestream, we also discuss technical delivery, support and approved content. The on-site ceremony and its attendance remain the basis of planning.

The foyer directly adjoins the plenary hall. Your guests move from the official ceremony to the drinks reception without travelling to a second venue.
We plan breaks and the reception around the full guest list and your schedule. We coordinate catering and setup with our catering partners; an external caterer is possible by agreement.

Up to 380 theatre seats are available for your graduation ceremony. Count graduates, companions, teaching staff, event organisers and other guests together. Reserved seats and additional installations are included in the plan. If tables are needed in the plenary hall, the alternative seminar layout has a maximum of 136 seats.
Agree seats and sightlines
Will you reserve rows for graduates, guests of honour or companions? Do you need positions for photographers or particular access routes? We include these needs in the seating plan. Stage routes and additional equipment may change the usable capacity; the detailed allocation is agreed together.
Clarify access early
The entrance, foyer and plenary hall are on the ground floor. We discuss special seating or stage-access requirements in advance.
Taking part from afar
A livestream can include family members who cannot attend in person. We agree the scope, support and permissions in good time.
